Conversation and panel discussion on Farming Futures at Ahmedabad
A panel discussion and conversation on our recent book "Farming Futures: Emerging Social Enterprises in India". The book is a collaborative effort involving over a dozen authors featuring 15 contemporary case studies on Social Enterprises in Agriculture from different parts of the country.

About the Event
ISEED and VikasAnvesh Foundation invite you to a panel discussion and conversation on our recent Book "Farming Futures: Emerging Social Enterprises in India". The book is a collaborative effort involving over a dozen authors featuring 15 contemporary case studies on Social Enterprises in Agriculture from different parts of the country. We believe the book has interesting ideas on the future of farming and the role of social enterprises in it. The discussion will be chaired by Prof. Sukhpal Singh, IIM Ahmedabad with Dr Dinesh Awasthi (Advisor SRISTI and former Director EDII), Prof. Rakesh Basant (IIMA) and Anuj Sharma (CEO, Piramal Sarvajal) as panelists. The book will be introduced by Prof C Shambu Prasad (Institute of Rural Management Anand) and glimpses of the chapters will be shared by Dr. Astad Pastakia, Tara Nair (GIDR) and Niraj Joshi (WOTR) who have all contributed to the volume. Copies of the book will be available for sale (at a discounted rate) at the venue.
